7:00 PM Meditation

Theme: “Mantras, Mudras, Mandalas – Three Techniques for Embodied Oneness with Handpan Accompaniment”

Lead Facilitator: Sean Larkin, RScP

Practitioner Sean AB Larkin will be sharing three techniques for practicing an embodied Unity with the Oneness. Spirituality can be abstract, theoretical and transcendent; it can also be embodied, practical and imminent. Mantras are a Sound based spiritual practice of intoning and vocalizing sacred phrases, syllables or sounds to unite with divine vibrations and align ourselves with source acoustically. Mudras are tactile based spiritual practice of hand and finger positions that one holds in meditation that hold symbolic and embodied values to align the body in symmetry with the Oneness. Mandalas are sight based spiritual practice of looking upon sacred patterns while in a meditative state to allow our eyes to become a gateway to Divinity and ‘peer through the vale’ to the truest sight of Unity.Everyone is welcome to join our weekly Practitioner-led Wednesday night meditation.
