All of us have experienced losses over the last two years as Covid-19 has created health challenges, isolated us from loved ones, disrupted jobs, shut down schools and churches, and caused us to postpone or cancel events for the safety of ourselves and others. Yet this disruption invites us to re-examine what’s important in our lives, and to transform our thoughts, beliefs, and ways of being. This is the gift in the pause. Let’s connect with our bodies and with Spirit to learn from our losses and envision new perspectives, habits, and purpose as we create the “New Normal!”
