Intention, Attention and Mindfulness

Our Wednesday, 7 PM, Meditation Service
will be Presented Online

We invite you to join us virtually every Wednesday, 7 PM PDT,
as a means to keep you safe and to meet local assembly guidelines during the novel coronavirus outbreak.

This week the theme is “Intention, Attention and Mindfulness” and is being presented using Zoom teleconferencing by Licensed Practitioner Sylvia Kearns. Sylvia will lead everyone in a contemplation of practices that lead to joyful living.

If you are unfamiliar with Zoom teleconferencing, you must sign-up for your free account first. You’ll want to download the software before the meditation. Learn about the basic features of the Zoom client software on Windows and Mac or on mobile devices such as the iOS or Android operating systems. If you don’t have a computer or tablet—no sweat. You can also participate from a regular telephone (see access numbers below).
