Spiritual Living Amidst Heated Politics

Feeling anxious about the upcoming election? Afraid for our country? Wondering how you’re going to interact with family on the “other side of the political divide” during the holidays? Want to stay spiritually-grounded through it all? Then this workshop is for you!

We’ll explore and share our feelings and concerns around politics and the election and learn ways to navigate the heated political climate all around us.

Rev. Bridget McCann will lead this 3-part workshop, the final session being after the election to deal with shifts in feelings post-election. We CAN stay spiritually-grounded amidst heated politics, and be a beneficial presence for our country, our families, and ourselves.

NOTE: This is NOT a forum to discuss actual politics, candidates, issues, or political parties. We are dealing with our fears, and learning to stay spiritually-grounded. Facilitators will end any conversation that veers into actual politics.
