If you are unfamiliar with Zoom teleconferencing, you’ll want to download the software before the meditation. Learn about the basic features of the Zoom client software on Windows and Mac or on mobile devices such as the iOS or Android operating systems. If you don’t have a computer or tablet—no sweat. You can also participate from a regular telephone (see access numbers below).
