March 20, 2024 Announcement from Board of Directors

Dear Beloveds:

I am writing to provide you with an update on our ongoing Minister search process. As you may be aware, the Board of Directors has placed strong emphasis on Transparency, Integrity, and Harmony throughout this process. With these Spiritual Principles in mind, I must inform you that Rev. John De Palma has respectfully withdrawn his candidacy for personal reasons.

While this news may come as a surprise, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process. We are only a few days away from welcoming our second candidate, Rev. Bridget McCann. I have already communicated the change to Rev. Bridget, and she remains committed to participating in the candidate weekend as planned.

In light of this development, I want to inform you of a slight adjustment to the voting process. Voting will be open from March 28th to March 31st, but with a difference: we will be voting either “yes” or “no” for Rev. Bridget as the sole candidate. If the majority chooses “yes”, we will offer Rev. Bridget the Senior Minister Position. If the majority of our members vote “no” we will continue our search for a new Minister.

Your participation in this process is crucial, and we value your input as we move forward in selecting the right Spiritual Leader for our community.

With Love and many Blessings,

Nadine Moller, RScP, Board President
