Sunday Message from Rev. Marilyn Sprague, M.Ed., MA
Anger often gets dismissed as something negative, destructive, or unspiritual. Yet anger can also be a signal, pointing us toward what matters most—our values, our boundaries, and our deep love for justice, dignity, and healing. Join us as we explore how anger, when met with spiritual awareness, can become more than reaction. It can become clarity. It can become courage. It can become Love in action for the healing of our relationships, our communities, and our world.
